Join us for small groups of 2-4 clients in a nuturing, postive training environment similar to personal training.
For Pilates semi-privates we train on the reformers, stability chairs, and towers.
For Strength semi-privates, we use a variety of equipment such as Dumbbells, TRX, Bands, BOSU, Kettlebells, and other fitness props.
