Health coaching is a process that facilitates healthy, sustainable behavior change by challenging a client to listen to their inner wisdom, identify their values, and transform their goals into action.

Lisa Goodman is a health coach at FBD who is ready to help you attain optimum health! Health Coaching sessions are available as a separate service or in addition to your PT/Pilates sessions or classes you already attend at FBD. 

Complimentary Initial consultation: We offer a free 30-min consultation by phone or in person. This time will be used to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and determine if you will be a good fit for our health coaching program

First Session-$99/hr

Additional Sessions- $69/half hour
