Join us Tuesdays at 5:45pm for a 75 minute Mixed Level class taught by Bethany Grabe! This yoga class is an excellent way to improve flexibility, increase strength, and enjoy better body alignment with a flowing practice that removes chi or prana stagnation and focuses on movement, muscular contraction, and balance. Our expanded Fall Yoga schedule is in full swing, so join us for a class!
