FITNESS By Design West Studio open in WDM!

Exciting news! We have opened a second location in West Des Moines! FITNESS By Design West is located at 4825 EP True Parkway right near ACE Hardware and just East of 50th Street.

What does this mean for you as a FBD client? More opportunities! Depending on your activity preference and your proximity to each studio you will have options for other Pilates and Barre classes.

The West location has daily Group Mat/Reformer classes of up to 5 clients, Private/Duet Pilates Equipment sessions and two weekly Barre classes.

The Grand Ave. location offers Private/Duet Pilates Equipment, Private/Group Personal Training sessions, Yoga, Strength Training and Pilates Mat classes, and Massage Therapy.
